Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with our IPTV services, simply notify us within the first 24 hours of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.

To qualify for the refund : 

  • The request must be made within the first 24hours of the purchase date.
  • The IPTV service must not have been used for more than 24 hours from the time of activation.

The following conditions must be met:

  • Refunds for problems with activation. If the key code cannot be activated for some reason, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will try to help you resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds for technical difficulties. If you experience any technical difficulties with the product you have purchased, please contact us first for assistance. We have technicians on staff who can help you get your software installed and activated. In the rare case that our support staff is unable to solve the problem, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds for incorrect products or unactivated key codes. If you receive an incorrect product or the key code does not work, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund.

  • Provide details about the issue you’re facing, including error messages, dates, and times of occurrence.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved, and you meet the criteria for a refund, the process will be initiated.
